Registration for the 2024-2025

Please take note that the school office is closed for the summer.

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will take place for any student who has moved into the PS101 zone over the summer. To find out if your address is zoned, please go to this website and type in your address https://schoolsearch.schools.nyc

Registration will take place on Tuesday, August 27, Wednesday, August 28 and Thursday, August 29, 2024, from the hours of 9am-1pm.

You will need to provide the following when you come to register:

  1. The incoming child you are registering
  2. The child’s original Birth Certificate or Passport
  3. Your child's current Immunization report. Immunizations must be up to NYC requirements. See requirements at this link https://www.schools.nyc.gov/school-life/health-and-wellness/immunizations
  4. If your child has an IEP, please provide a copy of it.
  5. Health Form: Please be aware that the proof of immunizations from the pediatrician is required to register. In addition, a completed Health Form needs to be submitted from your doctor.   6. If your child is an incoming 1st-5th grader, please bring your child’s most current report card.
  7. Two (2) original proofs of your address. (Your bills need to be within the last month.) Below are the acceptable documents to show proof of address:

a. check stub
b. tax return
c. National Grid Bill
d. Con Ed Bill
e. Spectrum Bill
f. driver's license
g. bank statement
h. water bill
i. lease
j. mortgage statement
